Are you sore?
We had a pretty small turnout today, and we want to know if it was one of those days or were we just so sore that a rest day was needed. Please post your opinion of yesterdays workout under comments.

I though it was a great workout. 100 reps of BS. I think I overestimated the workout and will increase my weight next time. I enjoyed the 3-5-2 format. Look forward to doing it again. I think Friday was just Friday......

I think I went to heavy on the 60% too soon. The only thing that hurts is my upper back where the bar was resting.
