Wow, what a great way to finish. From our rookies to our vets everyone kicked ass tonight. Its great to see everyone got a taste of the airdyne. That is truly an underrated piece of cardio equipment. I challenge the "I do an hour on the elliptical, no problem," group, to 30 sec work 30 sec rest for 5 minutes on the airdyne. If you can do this without falling off that damn medieval torture device or puking I will give you a high five.
We are coming very close to moving into our new facility, we are wrapping up the final details and should be relocated by March 1. Chanel Dickson (Kiki's Mom) is baking cookies with 75% of all proceeds going to Haiti relief. I hate to say it but we (Derek and Darlene) had about 6 a piece last night and they kick ass.
